WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Four PDF files: A4 Printable, A4 Fillable, US Letter Printable and US Letter Fillable. Each file contains the same four coordinating layouts. This is one reusable set, with four layout designs supplied in two sizes and two formats.

INSIDE THE SET

The Day, Week, Month and Lists tabs link between the four pages. Weeks start on Monday. Dates are blank so you can reuse the pages for any month. All four layouts are landscape.

CHOOSE HOW YOU PLAN

Print the printable PDFs and write by hand, or use the fillable versions in a PDF reader that supports AcroForm text fields and checkboxes. A compatible annotation app can also be used for handwriting. App support for typing and navigation varies.

These are reusable templates, not a dated 365-page digital planner. Save a fresh copy for a new day, week or month. Duplicating fillable pages without renaming their fields can cause entries to repeat, so use separate saved copies unless your PDF editor handles this for you. Fonts, colours and artwork are not editable template elements.

SIZES AND PRINTING

A4: 210 x 297 mm. US Letter: 8.5 x 11 inches. Landscape pages use those dimensions turned sideways. Choose the matching paper size, print at 100% / Actual size and enable automatic orientation. Artwork reaches the PDF edges; printing to the physical edge requires a printer's supported borderless mode or larger paper trimmed to size. Colours can vary between screens and printers.

This is a digital download; no physical item will be shipped. Download the files through Etsy in a web browser after payment is confirmed. Sample entries shown in listing photos are examples; the supplied planners are blank. For personal use only; please do not resell, redistribute or share the files.
