A Weekly Reset That Doesn’t Consume Sunday
A twenty-minute weekly reset that gives the week direction without taking over Sunday.

Keep the reset smaller than the week
Set a timer for twenty minutes. Empty the obvious capture places: your bag, loose notes, screenshots and the corner of the kitchen counter. Put appointments into one calendar.
Next, scan the coming seven days for fixed commitments. Choose three outcomes that would make the week feel steadier. Add the first step for each, not the entire project.
Finish by writing Monday's first useful task. When the timer ends, the reset ends too. The point is orientation, not administrative perfection.
